We are proud to introduce you to Barmac Painters. After many years of working for other contractors, I decided to start a business that is focused on old-fashioned values, providing cradle-to-grave customer service, with every project treated as if it was our only one. We are proactive with our customers and make sure that you have unbeatable communication and quality. You can reach the owner or estimator 7 days a week. One job with us is all it takes to demonstrate the difference between our service and that of other painting contractors.
Owner Site Visits
You will be assigned a painting crew for your job. However, the owner and your estimator will be checking in on the job, and one will do a full walkaround with you when the job is done to make sure you are happy with the outcome.

Barmac doesn't let customers slip through the cracks. We take less work on than most contractors so that we can attend to every detail of your home. From estimate appointment to completion of job, we will be with you every step of the way.
Warranty
We are committed to addressing valid warranty items promptly and professionally. Barmac Painters provides a two (2) year limited warranty on labor and materials from the date of project completion.
This warranty covers peeling, blistering, or chipping that is the direct result of defective workmanship or materials supplied and applied by Barmac Painters. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or natural aging of coatings
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, or impact
- Environmental or weather-related conditions, including but not limited to hail, wind, snow, moisture, or excessive sun exposure
- Cracks, movement, or failure caused by expansion and contraction of substrates
- Moisture intrusion, water damage, or lack of proper property maintenance (including gutters, roofs, sprinklers, or landscaping)
- Failure of previously existing coatings or underlying materials
Repairs under this warranty will be limited to the specific areas of failure only. Full repainting of surfaces is not included. Color match on repaired areas may vary due to natural aging and weathering.
Any warranty claim must be reported within 30 days of the issue being noticed.
Warranty Exclusion
Exterior stained surfaces are not covered under this warranty.
Unlike paint, stain is designed to penetrate the wood rather than form a protective film. As a result, its performance and longevity are highly dependent on environmental exposure, including UV rays, moisture, and temperature fluctuations. These factors cause stain to fade, wear, and break down at varying rates that are outside of Barmac Painters’ control.
Because of this natural and inconsistent wear, ongoing maintenance is required, and no warranty is expressed or implied on stained exterior surfaces.

Anne Barton
Prior to founding Barmac Painters, LLC, Anne served as the General Manager of a national painting franchise for eight years. That experience sharpened her leadership, systems, and customer service standards, but more importantly, it confirmed what she values most in business: people.
Anne’s goal is simple and unwavering. She wants every customer to walk away feeling they had an exceptional experience. Not just a completed project, but clear communication, respect for their property, and the confidence that they chose a company that truly cares. She believes quality workmanship should always be matched by quality treatment.
When she is not working, Anne treasures time with her husband, Brian. You will often find them cruising Hood Canal in their boat, crabbing, kayaking, enjoying the beach, or attending Hood Canal Community Church.
Her greatest joy is her family. She loves spending time with her children, Dakota, Nick, Jason, and Alex, and being Grandma to Roman and Murphy. That deep commitment to family shapes how she runs her business. She treats her customers with the same care, respect, and integrity she would want for her own loved ones.
